Shipping Policy

 

1. Processing time:

    Please give us 5 to 7 business days to process and dispatch your order. Processing can take up to two weeks at times of high volume, like following the launch of a new product as products are made to order and are limited in stock.

2. Damaged Package:

   Packages ships from Ink N Thread store are packed properly and if packages reached damaged, or missing item, please reach out to us within 1 day after you received your package at inknthreadstore@gmail.com. We can no longer fix the problem if you don't get in touch with us within one day of receiving your order.

3. Lost Package:
   
   Packages that are lost after being picked up by the mail carrier are not Ink N Thread's responsibility. Once your shipment leaves our facility, we have no control over when it will be shipped. It is up to the customers to find their parcels, trace them, or get in touch with the mail service to make a claim.

  In the event of loss, untracked mail orders are not entitled for tracking or reimbursement.
 

4. Shipping Costs:   

  Depending on the location, shipping charges change. After you provide your address during checkout, rates are calculated. US orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.

5. International Shipping:

   Currently, we are not shipping any packages internationally. Please give couple of months to grow and start shipping internationally. However, bulk orders can contact us at our email for international shipping. 

6. Incorrect shipping address:   

   Ink N Thread is not responsible for any incorrect shipping address. Packages will be dispatched and shipped to the address given by customers. So it is customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address.

7. Order confirmation and tracking: 

   A confirmation email containing your order number will be sent to you when your order is placed. You will receive a follow-up email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Within a day, tracking numbers become active. Before contacting us, please check your spam bin if you have not received a confirmation or shipment notification.
